Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are available within 24 hours up to a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase.

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

• If the product has been opened, refunds are still possible within the same 7-day period, only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged within 14 days in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect

• Non-compliance with product specifications

• Wrong item delivered

In accordance with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's regulation governing the exchange and refund rights of consumers, customers in Qatar can exchange or refund purchased items within 24 hours to a maximum of 7 days of purchase, based on the following terms and conditions:

• Items to be exchanged or refunded should be in a resellable condition in their original packaging accompanied with a valid receipt.
• Items can be exchanged or refunded if they do not meet product specification, if they have a fault or defect.
• The customer can exchange or refund the purchased items if the above conditions are met even if the items have been purchased during sale or promotional periods.
